Samantha and Brett’s Bella’s Castle wedding in Morden, Manitoba was a day that felt both beautiful and deeply personal.
From the beginning, their celebration was rooted in connection—not only between the two of them, but within their family. The bond Brett has so naturally stepped into as a father to Samantha’s son brought a quiet depth to the day, something steady, intentional, and lasting.
Samantha’s vision came to life through soft, colourful florals that added warmth and movement throughout the space. Romantic and vibrant without feeling overdone, every detail felt in harmony with the natural surroundings of Bella’s Castle.

The day unfolded gently.
There was no rush—only space for moments to be felt as they came.
For portraits, we stepped away to the Morden Research Centre, where soft greenery and open light created a calm, editorial setting. Later, as the evening settled, we made our way to Lake Minnewasta. The light softened, the movement slowed, and everything took on a quieter, more intimate feeling.
It’s often in these in-between moments—away from the timeline—that the most meaningful connection is found.

Samantha and Brett’s wedding wasn’t only a celebration. It was a reflection of family, presence, and the kind of love that grows with intention over time.
A love that extends beyond two people, and into the life they choose to build together.
